All:

The faculty union requested that we postpone the hearing in the second (2006 wage) unfair labor practice charge that was scheduled for next Monday (3/5).  We did not oppose the request, and the judge has agreed, ordering the hearing to be postponed.  It will be rescheduled for a later date.  I will let you know when that is done.

It is my expectation that we may soon (within the next few weeks) be receiving the Judge's opinion in the previous (2005 wage) ULP case.
