Subject: DISTRIBUTION PROPOSAL REVIEW - new timeline

 From the Distribution Committee:

In order to allow adequate time for those departments wanting to propose
courses to the revised distribution listing (effective fall 2008), the
deadline for proposing to distribution will be outside the binder
process, as will th actual form used.

A *new form and guidelines will be emailed and posted to web* shortly
from the committee.  Please *remove and destroy the old distribution
form in section 3* of your Curriculum Binder.

This new form will be due on Wednesday November 21st in Helene Hiner's
office, G08 Meese Building.  *PLEASE NOTE:  ANY NEW COURSES OR COURSE
CHANGES MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE CURRICULUM BINDER - ONLY THE
DISTRIBUTION PROPOSAL FORM DUE DATE IS CHANGED.*
