Subject: Dean Chair Info Session Survey

Dear Colleagues,

A series of professional development opportunities for Deans and Chairs
will be offered starting in the fall of 2008. There will be a series of
presentations and workshops in a number of areas. At the same time, an
on-line tool kit for Deans and Chairs will be available where policies,
procedures, guidelines, forms, calendars and handbooks will be readily
accessible.

Some learning is best achieved through guided collaboration and sharing
between colleagues. To that end, we ask you to indicate on the attached
list the topics you would like to have presented as workshops and/or
presentations. Please indicate the issues most important to you, giving
a 1 to the highest priority, 2 to the next highest priority and so on.
If a critical area appears to be missing, please provide your suggestion
in the box at the end of the form.
