Good morning,

Yesterday, the University was scheduled to negotiate with the AAUP.
After a conversation with the election officer from the Michigan Employment Relations Commission (MERC), I was advised to cancel negotiations until the question concerning representation (The Petition for Decertification) has been resolved.  Unfortunately, I received the call from MERC just one hour prior to negotiations.
