7.1.2. Youth Programs

Youth Programs (YP): A division of the Special Academic Programs unit that administers pre-college academic programs and other related events for the MTU campus and local communities.

If offering an academic pre-college youth program or related event, do the following:

1. Contact the coordinator of youth programs by telephone (7-2219), e-mail <yp@mtu.edu>, or memo, and indicate the proposed program name, date, time, location, and the participants' required ages.



2. Discuss program coordination needs and expectations with the coordinator of youth programs.



3. Inform the coordinator of youth programs of any changes in the program.
