6.3.1. Travel Logs

Travel Log: A form provided by Central Stores, which is completed by the driver, as an accurate record of all travel and mileage.

When recording mileage on the travel log, the driver must do the following:

1. At the start of travel, verify the odometer reading on the travel log.



2. At the end of travel, record the odometer reading on the travel log.



3. Sign the travel log certifying the recorded mileage.



4. Indicate, in the space provided, the valid University account number which is to be charged.
