27.3.3. Tech Topics

Tech Topics: The weekly faculty and staff newsletter that contains news and information on University activities, covers a variety of campus events, and publicizes upcoming programs and activities.

The manager of internal communications serves as editor of Tech Topics and develops story ideas, edits submissions, and coordinates design and production. Tech Topics is available in three formats: e-mail, paper, and on the Web.

On the Web, the latest edition of Tech Topics is available by going to the Michigan Tech Home Page (www.mtu.edu) and clicking on News/Media, then Tech Topics. Acrobat and PostScript versions as well as the Tech Topics archives are available from the Tech Topics Web page at <http://www.mtu.edu/news/ttopics/>.

If you have any questions regarding Tech Topics or ideas for possible Tech Topics stories, contact the internal information manager.

To submit an announcement for publication in Tech Topics, do the following:

1. E-mail the announcement to ttopics@mtu.edu or send it via campus mail to Tech Topics.


NOTE: The deadline for submitting items is the Friday before anticipated publication.
