Policy

University departments make all requests for printing services on a print shop work order bearing a valid University index number.

Procedure

University personnel desiring any of the above in-house printing services should contact the Print Shop at 7-2347. If consulting services are required, contact the office of Design and Publication Services at 7-2370, to discuss the project.

  2. Specify on the work order the preferred delivery method, such as pick-up, intercampus mail, or send to Mail Services. (Prior arrangements must be made with Mail Services if their services are required (see section 14. Mail Services.).

  3. Attach samples to the work order whenever possible.

  4. Deliver the Print Shop Work Order (both copies) to Printing Services, located on the ground floor of the Administration Building, for scheduling. If deemed necessary, the coordinator of the Print Shop will arrange for design and editing services (see section 27.4).
