Section 23.2. Gates Tennis Center

23.2.1. Gates Tennis Center Membership

The Gates Tennis Center offers memberships that may be purchased by University employees, students, and the general public. Full and part-time employees may purchase memberships by payroll deduction, cash, check, or credit card. The type of membership selected, determines the amount of the membership.

To purchase a membership pass to the Gates Tennis Center, do the following:

1. Complete a Gates Tennis Center Membership Application in person at the Reservation Desk of the Tennis Center, or call 7-2774 and request an application to be mailed.



2. Submit the application along with appropriate payment to the Gates Tennis Center.


NOTE: Refer to the Gates Tennis Center Rate Schedule for charges, fees, and rates for services, available from a reservation desk attendant.


3. Receive the membership pass card and sign the card.

To purchase a membership by payroll deduction, do the following:

1. At the time of submitting the application, request a Membership Payroll Deduction form from the Gates Tennis Center attendant.



2. Complete the payroll deduction form with the help of the attendant.



3. The employee must sign the form.
