21.8. Services

21.8.1. Property Identification

Engraving tools are available for loan (no cost) from the Public Safety Department and University Residence Halls. The operator's license number or Social Security number can be engraved on valuable personal property to assist in identification should it be lost or stolen.

To borrow the engraving tool, do the following:

1. Request, in person at the Public Safety Department, the engraving tool.



2. Present a valid Tech Express ID card along with department name and phone number.



3. Sign for the tool.



4. Return the tool to Public Safety when finished with engraving.
