Section 21.1. Campus Traffic Regulations
Bailment: To deliver in trust to another for a special purpose and for a limited period.
Personal Insurance: Insurance coverage by the owner of the vehicle to protect them against any damage or loss.
The University is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal vehicle driven or parked on University property or the contents thereof. It is recommended that owners carry personal insurance to cover such losses. Any permit to park is a license and does not create a bailment. Driving and parking on University property is at the owner's and/or driver's own risk.
