2.8.1.2. Extraordinary Receipts


Policy

The receipt of cash instruments, by all departments other than those shown in section 2.8.1.1.3. Other Departments, must be kept to a minimum and only under the following circumstances:

  1. Cash instruments which are occasionally sent directly to a department by various donors of grants and/or gifts. Such instruments are to be immediately deposited at the Cashier's Office.


  2. Cash instruments from Box Office type activity (ticket sales). All such receipts are to be deposited at the Cashier's Office or the Central Ticket Office (refer to section 2.8.4. Admission Tickets).
