2.4.2. Deleting an Index

General Information

Indexes which are temporary in nature, that is, those which receive gifts and/or grants without automatic renewal, will be deleted automatically by Accounting Services after all funds allocated to it have been expended or otherwise disposed of (See: Residual Funds in Closed Accounts). This deletion can take place only at the conclusion of the fiscal year.
