15.3.1. Lost or Stolen Card

Policy

There is a $20 fee to replace lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

Procedure

If the Tech Express Card malfunctions, is lost, damaged, or stolen, do the following:

  1. Immediately notify the Tech Express office by calling 7-3308.


  2. Pay the $20.00 replacement fee at the Tech Express office and receive a new card.
