Section 13.3. Loan Policies
Policy
Fines on overdue materials will be assessed as follows:
| Regular Collection Material: | If no response sent to Bursar after material is overdue for 35 days; $25.00 processing fee plus replacement cost of the material |
| With Recall: | $ 1.00/day |
| Reserve Collection Material: | $ 1.00/hour ($5.00 maximum) |
| Periodical Collection Material: | $ 1.00/day |
| All patrons: | 5 overdue books result in blocked borrowing privileges. |
Fines and fees of $10.00 or more will block Library privileges.
A Fine/Fee Report is regularly submitted to the Bursar for collection processing. Enrollment or graduation cannot be completed until such charges are cleared.
