Section 10.1. Advising Committees
Computer Advisory Committee (CAC): A committee which provides a forum for discussion of computer related issues and makes recommendations to the Computer Executive (CEX) Committee on computing policies, procedures, and initiatives.
The voting members of the CAC consist of the chairpersons of the following CAC subcommittees plus the CAC Chairperson:
The chair of the CAC shall be elected based on candidates nominated by the University community. The chair must be full-time faculty or regular status staff.
Meetings shall be called by the chair, but shall not be less than one meeting per academic semester. All meetings are open to any interested party unless the meeting is specifically declared as a closed session by the chair.
