Introduction

The purpose of the Request for Web Page Review or Change form is to assist web developers in presenting Michigan Tech's programs and activities as accurately as possible. Network users are encouraged to use the form to request a website review that may include site questions about logo usage, grammar, style, design, or compatibility with University marketing efforts. Change requests could be typographic, content related, or the addition or update of a link. The Request for Web Page Review or Change form:

Process

To submit a request for a web page review or change:

  1. Complete a Request for Web Page Review or Change form, or print it and send it to the director of New Media webmaster@mtu.edu>.
  2. OR

    Send an e-mail to with the following information:

    Your name
    E-mail address
    College/School/Department/Office
    Telephone number
    URL of page to review or change
    Type of change (typographic, text, link; clearly state the current information and how it should be changed)

  3. The director of New Media or a designee will report the status of the request to the network user who submitted the review or change form.
