The Administration is authorized to levy $50.00 in each of the Fall and Spring semesters as an Activity Fee for enrolled undergraduate students. The majority of this fee is to be used for support of student organizations as administered by the Undergraduate Student Government, and the remainder is to be used for support of the Office of Student Activities as well as joint initiatives between the Office of Student Activities and Undergraduate Student Government. Procedures for the distribution of funds to meet these goals will be established by Undergraduate Student Government and the Vice President for Student Affairs and reviewed annually. A limited number of exceptions in assessing the fee may be made for university employees and/or students not on the main campus.
The Administration is authorized to levy $44.30 in each of the Fall and Spring semesters as an Activity Fee for enrolled Graduate students. Of the $44.30 levied Fall and Spring, 50% of this fee is to be earmarked for support of student organizations as administered by the Undergraduate Student Government, 50% is to be earmarked for support of the Graduate Student Council. The Administration is authorized to levy $10 per summer Activity Fee for enrolled Graduate Students. The $10 is to be earmarked for support of the Graduate Student Council. A limited number of exceptions in assessing the fee may be made for university employees and/or graduate students not on the main campus.
