The Administration is authorized to assess a special fee of $15.00 per semester for each enrolled student. This fee is to be earmarked for debt retirement of the Memorial Union Building expansion. A limited number of exceptions in assessing the fee may be made, e.g., staff and/or for off campus courses for students in the co-op, medical technology intern, student teaching intern, and the Shiga Japan programs.
