The Administration is authorized to assess a special fee of $10.00 per term for each regularly enrolled student, the fee to be earmarked for debt retirement for the Ice Arena. A limited number of exceptions in assessing the fee may be made, e.g., for special part-time students or students enrolled in another institution and taking only a limited number of courses at Michigan Technological University.
