All single undergraduate students are required to live in University housing facilities during their first full year at Michigan Technological University. This does not include commuting students living at home with their parent(s)/guardian.
The Board waives the requirement that second year students and transfer students be required to live in University housing facilities so long as consistent with housing conditions.
