The Board of Control shall set tuition rates, to be charged according to the number of credits for which the student is registered, residence hall and apartment room and board rates and other fees unless such power is otherwise expressly granted by the Board. The Board Secretary will at all times maintain a current schedule of all then applicable tuition, rates and fees. All tuition rates, residence hall and apartment room and board rates, fees or any other charges currently in effect pursuant to any Board of Control Policy shall, notwithstanding this Policy, remain in force and effect until changed by Board of Control action.
Refunds of tuition, fees and room and board charges shall be made pursuant to Procedures established by the President or his designated representative.
