The Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Services shall be responsible for assuring that all sponsored research is subject to a written contract between the sponsoring organization and Michigan Technological University and is authorized to delegate this responsibility to any staff member. The content of such contract will vary, subject to mandatory provisions as may be determined by the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Services.
