The persons named below are hereby authorized to purchase liquor from the Michigan Liquor Control Commission for resale to the public and not for personal use under penalty of being cited to the Commission for an illegal act. Such person or persons may delegate authority to others to make such purchases, and to otherwise act in behalf of this corporation, as its legal representative in all matters pertaining to such liquor purchases.
