The Vice President for Research shall be responsible for assuring that all sponsored research and programs are subject to a written agreement between the sponsoring organization and Michigan Technological University and is authorized to delegate this responsibility to any staff member. The content of such agreement will vary, subject to mandatory provisions as may be determined by the Vice President for Research.
