The President is authorized to place appropriate memorial plaques in recognition of gifts as follows:

| $35,000 | at the entrance of an auditorium, lecture hall or similar facility |
| $70,000 | in a building lobby, theatre lobby or equivalent prominent campus location |
Each proposed plaque shall be reviewed by a memorial plaque committee of three appointed by the President and a recommendation as to the appropriateness of the plaque's design and text made to the President for consideration.
The Treasurer shall recommend to the President suitable locations for the placement of plaques in recognition of gifts in each of the three categories listed above. Discussion with prospective donors regarding location of memorial plaques should be limited to a list of locations approved by the President.
