Student credit hour counts shall be taken at the close of business on Wednesday of the second week of the term or semester for courses offered under the full instructional term or semester, or the same percentage of time for courses offered under other parts of the instructional term. For courses offered under a non-conventional schedule, as approved by the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, student credit hour counts shall be taken at the close of business on Wednesday of the second week of the instructional period.
