The holders of the below positions are hereby authorized to purchase alcoholic beverages on behalf of the University from the Michigan Liquor Control Commission . Purchases must be delivered only to MLCC licensed University sites for storage-sale in compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Such person or persons or the Vice President for Administration may delegate authority in writing to others to make such purchases, and to otherwise act in behalf of this corporation, as its legal representative in all matters pertaining to such liquor purchases:
