Ellen Horsch serves as the University's Vice President for Administration. She directs the activities of several departments and serves on the President's Executive Team. In addition to working cooperatively with other officers to plan, direct, and administer university goals and activities, Ellen plans, directs, supervises, and provides leadership for a broad, diverse group of departments including A.E. Seaman Mineral Museum, Auxiliary Services, Continuous Improvement Using Lean Principles, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Occupational Safety and Health Services, and Public Safety and Police Services

This area involves three different collective bargaining organizations.
