Elan (VIM) Purchasing Credit Card Reallocation Deadlines

Background:

Credit Card charges may be reallocated on the Visa Information Management (VIM) website each month.  Charges can be reallocated as soon as they are posted to the VIM website and must be reallocated before they are downloaded from VIM each month.
