Send proof of insurance, prior to the start of work, to the Risk Management and Insurance Office.
 

Minimum Requirements
General Liability	$1,000,000 each occurrence $2,000,000 aggregate
Workers Compensation/	Part 1 - Statutory required by State
Employer's Liability	Part 2 - $500,000 each accident
Builders' Risk (Contractors)	$10,000 each occurrence
Bonds (Contractors)	When bid exceeds $50,000, Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a labor and material bond, each in the amount of 100% of contract sum.

Vendor/contractor will indemnify and hold harmless the University from and against all claims, judgments, liability and expense of any nature due to bodily injury, personal injury or damage to property arising out of vendor's performance of work or activity.
