For Michigan Tech department personnel. If you already have ImageNow access for viewing Accounting Services documents (invoices, purchase orders, etc), access can be requested via email. If you do not have ImageNow Accounting Services access, access can be requested via the ImageNow access request form.

Finding Print Shop Work Orders

Fax Agent

Fax many of the documents that you are currently sending to Accounting Services in campus mail to (906) 487-2119. Accounting personnel will receive and process the faxed documents in Image Now.

Fax:

	Access Request Forms (Banner and/or ImageNow)
	Blanket Order Invoices
	Business Meals and Banquet Reports
	International Travel Requests
	Petty Cash requests and receipts
	PO Invoices
	PO Receiver copy (salmon or cream copy)
	Sales & Use Tax Certificate of Exemption Requests
	Travel Advances
	Vendor Direct Deposit (EFT) Forms
	Vendor Request for Taxpayer Id Number & Certification

Instructions:

	Include the Account index and codes for petty cash
	Print your name after your signatures for readability
	Do not use highlighters since they make the print hard to read
	Do not put tape over printing
	Keep original documents for 7 days
	Fax individual documents separately or use a stop sign to separate
